ABOUT

Hi, I am Mad Montgomery and I am a visual artist currently currently completing my Masters if fine arts at the Paris College of Art. My body of work often focuses on identity and simple visuals. I enjoy every part of creating an image, from fabricating sets and planning wardrobes, to doing hair and makeup. I love to use shadow and color to heavily influence meaning in my images, whether they are portraits or otherwise.

my aim is to create images that allow people to make their own connections. Our lived experience makes an incredible impact on how we view art, and I hope that my work leaves room for those experiences to change their meaning.

I hope to continue to expand my understanding and include different types of media in my future work.
